SubZenify Platform Terms of Use

1. Description of Services

SubZenify offers tools for managing registrations for events, projects or activities, available in two plans:

1. Free Plan: Limited features, no cost.
2. Paid Plan: Advanced features, subject to payment.

2. Changes to the Terms of Use

We reserve the right to modify, update or revise these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on the platform. It is your responsibility to periodically check for updated terms. Continued use of the platform after changes are made implies acceptance of the new conditions.

3. Changes to Plans and Prices

1. We may change plan prices, including the Paid Plan, at any time without prior notice.
2. Price changes do not affect periods already paid for, but will apply to new subscription periods.
3. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from any plan at our discretion.

4. Payment

Payment for the Paid Plan is made exclusively in Bitcoin.

1. Payment amounts and instructions will be provided at the time of purchasing the plan.
2. We do not offer refunds unless required by applicable law.
3. The user is responsible for any fees or costs associated with the Bitcoin transaction, including network fees.

5. Renewal

1. The renewal of the Paid Plan is not automatic. The user must manually initiate the renewal at the end of each subscription period.
2. If the renewal payment is not made, access to the Paid Plan will be suspended, and the user may be migrated to the Free Plan.

6. Eligibility and Account

1. To use SubZenify, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Please provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.
